What you will do:
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumers and partners, mostly related to after-sales

  • Support inquiries regarding orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints

  • Provide assistance on delivery status, lost items, payment issues, warranty and repairs, and reseller/merchant concerns

  • Become cross-skilled across all communication channels

What you will bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch

  • Intermediate English

  • Great communication skills

  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
