
What you will do:
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumers and partners, mostly related to after-sales
Support inquiries regarding orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints
Provide assistance on delivery status, lost items, payment issues, warranty and repairs, and reseller/merchant concerns
Become cross-skilled across all communication channels
What you will bring:
Fluency in Dutch
Intermediate English
Great communication skills
Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
Strong troubleshooting skills
