Dutch Business Development - Barcelona

Spain - On-site - Full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets

  • Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutions

  • Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Native/fluen level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and written

  • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutions

  • Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles

  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
