Dutch Sales Representative - Valencia

Valencia - Onsite - Full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets

  • Acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts

  • Prospect and qualify leads within target companies using structured sales cadences

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers

  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and consultative selling

  • Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline

  • Perform cross-selling and upselling activities, closing deals primarily by phone

  • Track, manage, and report sales activities and pipeline performance

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary

  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare commercial proposals ensuring technical and commercial accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and standard business software

  • Experience working with partners or channels is a plus

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
