Spanish Team Manager - Bogota

Colombia - On-site - Full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide effective coaching, guidance, and mentoring to team members.

  • Manage staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, including supervision, attendance, and performance management.

  • Foster strong team collaboration through clear communication and regular meetings.

  • Identify learning and development needs, coordinating with internal L&D teams to meet these goals.

  • Contribute to organizational targets through continuous improvement and staff development initiatives.

  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with company values, policies, and performance standards.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent at native level in Spanish (C1), advanced English proficiency with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role.

  • Academic qualification in Management is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in the iGaming or Live Casino industry is a plus.

  • Strong PC skills, particularly in Office 365.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Availability to work in shifts.
