Swedish Sales Representative - On-site in Valencia

Spain - On-site - Full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage with private and business customers by phone and email

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services

  • Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm

  • Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required

  • Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations

  • Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

  • Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality

  • Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full training

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes

  • Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
